Arbeidsweek :D

Start this week , my Social Work task from school is begin.
I do really really excited !! Because I never get this opportunity in Indonesia , and I imagine if I do this in Bogor I will like give my cv to Starbucks , or maybe Pizza hut will be great !! or even Baskin Robbins !!!

SOOO I'm doing my 'stage' (I mean stage in dutch not in english :p ) in AFS kantoor and I do some social work collect some money for Nationaal Fonds Kinderhulp , to help some children who are not so lucky like the other children.
And Yesterday , I helped Saskia (who I stay with now) in the nursing home for opa en oma in the beauty afternoon ! They get maskered , their nails are got polished , and they had a hand massages , and in the beauty afternoon I met Mevrouw Beatings ! She comes from Indonesia , She was born in Bandung and then she moved to Surabaya , She is so lovely , She ask me if I can speak Sundanese and I said , All my Sundanese are gone away because of dutch :) hehe

She ask me if I come again someday to see her , I hope so ! oh ya and she have a special glass for her a cup of tea , it's so typisch indonesia! You know the real metal glass lid :p

And today when I colecting money for Nationaal Fonds Kinderhulp , I met a Mevrouw , she comes from Colombia , with her daughter , and she tell us about her experience how to adapt in Netherland and her daughter can speak spanish too ! And yeah I said to her Hola ! Como Estas ? And they are surprised like , Hablas Espanol ? I just like shocked and said NO NO !!!  Then Saskia invite her to the Multi Culture Ladies Party , which is held on Friday night , I hope she will comes :)

Amsterdam Adventure

Maybe you will be bored by reading my blog , why am always go to amsterdam , well I don't really like it though , but there are too many place to visit in here , now I have a tussenuur and am going to tell you my last adventure in Amsterdam .
So in Easter vacation days , Bring and I going to visit Anne Frank huis and Van Gogh Museum , but because am already visit van Gogh I asked Shinta too accompany me to go to a vintage store in Amsterdam , while Bring visit Van Gogh.
Well a bad weather to visit a great place , rain.... rain.... rain....
not too different with Bogor , well anyway first we arrived and searched for shinta and we go by tram to Van Gogh Museum , but do you know how long the queue ? more than 500 meter I think -.- okay we decided to visit it later , so next we went to Anne Frank Huis and we decided to ... WALK !
yeah its reaning , we walk because Bring's ov chipkaart doesn't work , so we walk and walk almost lost , and we walk walk from one halte to one halte , and finally we found 300 meter queue and ended in the little huis and it is Anne Frank Huis !
In the end it's really really a sad story back there in het Achter Huis (Dutch name for the back huis , where Frank family hiding from anti-jews) It is little from the outside but big from the inside , and I can't imagine I have to live there we have to whisper and walking without a sound every day , and I decided to buy her book in Dutch , and I just can't imagine a 13 years old girl have such a big thought like her , she was really smart , and photogenic !

After spending 4 hour down there me and shinta go to the vintage shop on the way there we found a shop with lomo camera :O oh my goodness !!! They are not too expensive like in Indonesia :(( but still I dont have money too much too buy that things .

WISSELWEEK :)

Elk jaar zijn er zo’n 100 AFS uitwisselingsscholieren in Nederland.  Zij verblijven net als ik bij een gastgezin en gaan naar school. Tijdens 1 week in mei is het de bedoeling dat alle AFSers een weekje van gastgezin ruilen. Gewoon om eens mee te maken  hoe het is in een andere Nederlandse familie en op een andere Nederlandse school. Ik ga in mei een week naar een andere regio in Nederland,  maar er zijn heel veel andere AFSers uit bv Argentinië, Brazilië, Italië, de VS, Thailand etc. die graag een week in het Noorden van Nederland zouden zijn.

 

Als het jou leuk lijkt om in mei een weeklang een leuke AFSer op bezoek te hebben bij jou thuis, laat het me dan weten.  Dan vertel ik je hoe het is om wisselweekgastgezin te worden.

Hello Everyone !!
Long time not open my blog , mm
Everytime I write always after the holiday , well I dont have any other time, but maybe in the weekend am gonna try write something in here.
Well, A couple days ago in here there was Voorjaarsvakantie , maybe a little strange but it is in the beginning of a new year , when you can see flowers and trees are getting their colours back ! yes it is Spring!!
Today I can see back the sun shining , am so happy !!
In this vacation I was visiting Madame Tussauds , because Nilta , Fahmi , Chandri and Indi , my friends from Belgium come to visit Amsterdam for couple a days but I can olny visit them in the saturday :D
In the morning am feeling quite not good I don't know why , and when I reached station in Baflo , there is no train to groningen at that time so I have to wait 30 minutes for the next train , okay I know why my feeling was not right .
In Groningen I have to take the bus to Assen , because station Groningen Europapark is underconstruction so in the bus I met a Chinese girl , accidentally she wanna go to Amsterdam too !
In the train between Assen and Amersfoort , we met a girl from Russia , and she can talk a little bit chinesse .
They are an exchange students too but they both studying in RUG. The chinesse girl is studying for 6 months and the russian girl is studying here for 3 months , we're talking about our school system for our country and another country too , well I learn a lot :)

Just skip out until we are in madame tussaud and we celebrate Fahmi and Chandri birthday at burger king , yeaaah , fahmi is birthday on that day , Happy birthday Chandri and Fahmi
and now after amsterdam am going to skip it until the day that I went to my Host-Opa funeral , ya am feeling so sorry because I am not with my host fam at the time before . It's different with Indonesian culture , they make it not scare , and with songs they played to remember my host-opa , it's just make me so sad even I've only saw him for one time.

Wait , he want to save me or am trying to save him ? :p

And on the way home we ate on the wok place in utrecht station , IT IS SUPER DELICIOUS , if you go enter the restaurant you will feel like entering my dad favourite chinese take away restaurant in Bogor :o :0 :O

Wat een leuke dag !

Today , many things happen !
First , today is sport day so I play basketball for my class , well my team wa really not good but at the second play we're just like on fire and play not so bad actually
And second , I've already received the result from the taaltoets , yup dutch test from afs last week , kijk het is ongeloofelijk , one night before the test (well 7 hours actually) I go to the party at my school , yaa het is bovenbouw feest , who wants to miss the party !!!! The theme is a night at the movies , so I decided to go with a ninja costume well simple !

And after the party mam en pap picked me up and I just can sleep for 2 hours and I have a shower en breakfast , and go to bring house , and we go to vinkeveen , about 3 hours from baflo !

I think am going to sleep at the train , but I can't soo just see how the tests going , at the test am almost fall asleep on the listening test , it is soooo boring !

Now today I've just received the result , aaaannnnnddd ,

Parijs Reis day 3 - 5

Day 3 !!!!

so day 3 ,
Monique suggest us to go to sacre coeur ( i dont know how to write it right but it's supposed like this :p) sacre coeur is like an old curch , it's on the hill , and from the dome , we can see parijs , we can see the big and tall eiffel tower is only a little piece part of the world!!
the funny part when we go to the dome , for ppl who under 16 or 16 the ticket price is only 4 euro , en for adult (17-...) is 6 euro ! soooo lucky me !
I also go into the curch , it's very big beautiful and silence ! but we were not allowed to take a picture there . sacre coeur , check !
now , mont matre , it's very near from sacre coeur , place when you can buy a picture , or they will draw your face only for 10 euro , and afer that we take a relax in a cafe , and because it's raining too .
next destination is Les Halles , a shopping centre , and than we walk into Centre G Pompidu , it's a museum for art and culture , the waiting line is soooooo long , so next we go to the Stravinsky Fountain , it's a sixteen whimsical water spraying and sculpture (wikipedia!!) and they're look very funny haha.
NEXT! LOUVRE !!! again ? ya ! we want to make a great photo using the louvre pyramide
NEXT ! we walk through Ile de la cite en Ile st. Louis , for een hapjes , en we go to amorino , for a waffel , very yummy crispy waffel with ho chocolate hazelnut pasta ! lekkkkeeeerrr !!
and I found a cute shop with so many things inside , and i found a music box with pink panther song , which remember me to my tribute show with pitbull and the other beng beng girls ! (keep beng beng yaaa)and in the box is written , made in Rotterdam -.- hahaha
We have a dinner on a indian restaurant with a big portie of rice and i was soooooo fuuuulllllll hoaaaah so in the middel of rain we ran to the metro to go to Galeries de Lafayette but when we arrived , it was CLOSED .but we have some nice picture in there :p

Day 4 , 31/01/2011

New years eve tonite , and we're gonna celebrate it with fireworks in..... (drumroll) Disneylaaand !!
I think people all over the world is on disneyland , i can hear chinese , korean , spaans, and even Indonesia. With a special parade of all disney's character :3 makes me want to be a princess because , they're just sooo beautiful , and married a prince <3 my favorite is still , Jasmine and Aladine !
First destination ! Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril , one of the favorite rollercoaster in here ! Next we go to Pirate's beach , and what a coinsidence we met Jack Sparrow there !!!
and we were craving for a roller coaster again so we go to Big Thunder Mountain , a roller coaster with a little bit splashed of water ! Phantom of manor is a ghost house , it's quite funny first we go inside the house and there is like a big lift verrryyy big , and then someone is speaking in france well i dont know what is -.- and then we have to sit in  like a little train for two , we don't even scare but we were amazed with the technologies they used there ! next we go to the Sleeping Beauty castle , and watched the parade. After the parade we decided to take another roller coaster Space Mountain : Mission 2  ! its a roller coaster in the dark , reallly cool !!
Next we want something to refreshed our head , "IT'S A SMALL WORLD"with the song it's a small world afterall , it's a small world afterall , it's a small world afterall  it's a small small world..... It's just like Istana Boneka in Dufan, Jakarta a castle where you can see a puppet wear a clothes from all around the world and Indonesia traditional dance is included !!
I think we visit like a tree house or something and we go to the pirates of the caribbean , and we go to Buzz Light Year Laser Blast , 13 hours in Disneyland ended up with Firework of course !!! 7 minuut of Firework !! <3 mooi :D

I dont know how to called it but this day , monique's new phone is broken , and car's accumulator is zwak , thanks for a beautifull madam who helped us , she is realy beautifull , and her daughter also beautifull , and they're reallllyyy nice . BYE PARIS !! HOPE I CAN VISIT YOU AGAIN

Kerstvakantie en Parijs Reis

Hello Allemal :)

Faya's back , still on my kerstvakantie , because my hostfamily are going to south america for vacation , am going to the stoit family house , as a temporary family . I live here with a family with 4 children , the oldest is 16 , 14 , 12, and 9 . They are Pim , Job , Sanny and Lex :D I'm going to stay here in Oldekerk until this vacation is done .

oh ya , Happy New Year everyone !!! Selamat Tahun Baru !!! Gelukkig Nieuwjaar !!!!  보내시고 새해 복 많이 받으세요 !!!!!

2012 is coming let's open our new journey in this year :) About new years eve , I celebrate it in ehm... paris, disneyland paris exactly , with a lot of sacrifice to spend some money , now I can go to paris , well the city of Tita and Adith (Eiffel I'm in Love) and the city of Beauty and the Beast :D And a city with 50 McDonalds on it !

You know who am going with ? yap shinta !!! So i went to her house at 27 Desember , and Matila still stay at her home. We went to paris exactly at 28 desember 2011 , with marcel (hostdad of shinta) en monique (hostmam of shinta) by their car , we passed (only passed) Belgie , and have a break at France with a lekker echt lekker mint chocolate chip ice cream :) when I arrive in France , I feel nothing I just say oh this is france , because I never imagine I can go to France ! Because sometimes am not really interested with french class in smanti hahaha and I just scream like yaaaay franceee !!!! We're stayed in an apartement from a netherlands couple , who lives in france , and i think they really travelled a lot with all the travel guide books , even java and bali travel guide book ! We arrived about 5 oclock , dan we go around the neighborhood it's so beautiful not really in a centre of paris 15 minutes with metro and half hour to go to Disneyland. Not only the neighborhood we go to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees !

In the next morning , I went to the centrum for.... EIFFEEEEELLLLL TOWER !!!! <3 <3

and we were waiting for Kenzo (an exchange student from Indonesia who live in Paris), and the adventure of 3 exchange student for one day is started !!! first we go to the Notre dame ! actually it's on my list , I know the queues for going enter the notre dame it's really long , so we just take a picture , Notre Dame is on an island in paris which called Ile-de-la Cite (this is on my top lists too!!). Next to a book shop , this one is really really really recommended !!! Shakespeare and Company, all the books is in english , and there is one of my favourite corner where everybody can write and put their pictures there , from ppl all over the world ! I think it's very awesome ! We have a lunch at the pasta restaurant with a pizza too , delicious shrimp pizza :9

after that we walk to the Louvre , in the way to Louvre we going trough a bridge with many padlock and a couple name written on it , just like I saw in a movie in Han River , south korea , they locked the pad lock and throw away the key , and what happen if you broke up with your couple ? well , make another key or get ready for saw it like I see in the hello stranger movie :p

Next destination is : Louvre

who doesn't want to go to the museum as big as Baflo ? I will , but i only can take a picture since the queue is very very looong

the day is went dark , it was already 5pm , we wanted to walk to the metro station near la place de la concorde , but we stoped because the sunset is soooo beautiful !! and we're late arriving on the eiffel tower with shinta hostfamily because of churros too :p
